Ashley Stavig, MA, LMHC
Ashley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who utilizes a range of modalities to help address areas of concern including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety and trauma. Ashley believes therapy is a process in which the therapist and client collaborate to create positive change. Her professional training includes working with adults with co-occurring disorders as well as working with children conducting school-based mental health.
